Welcome to Alphabet Train.
Alphabet Train is a children’s educational mobile application designed to provide engaging learning activities involving letters, phonics, tracing, words, numbers, shapes, colours, puzzles, simple mathematics, matching activities, and other age-appropriate educational games.
We take children’s privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how Alphabet Train handles information when the application is used, including information relating to advertising provided through third-party services such as Google AdMob.
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, the terms “Alphabet Train,” “the App,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Alphabet Train application and its developer or publisher.
By installing or allowing a child to use Alphabet Train, the parent, guardian, or responsible adult acknowledges that they have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
Children’s Privacy
Alphabet Train is designed for children and families.
We recognize that children require a particularly high level of privacy protection. The App has therefore been designed to minimize the collection and processing of personal information.
Alphabet Train itself does not intentionally collect personally identifiable information from children.

Alphabet Train is designed to operate with minimal data collection.

Educational progress may be stored locally on the user’s device so that the App can remember things such as:
- stars earned;
- levels completed;
- letters learned;
- numbers completed;
- tracing progress;
- completed games;
- badges;
- learning streaks; and
- similar in-app achievements.
This information is intended to support the learning experience.
Such locally stored progress information is not intended to personally identify the child and is not transmitted by Alphabet Train to our own servers.
Deleting the App, clearing the App’s data, resetting progress, or changing devices may result in loss of locally stored progress.
No User Accounts
Alphabet Train does not currently require users to register or create an online account.
Accordingly, we do not require children to provide:
- usernames;
- passwords;
- email addresses;
- names;
- profile photographs; or
- other account information
in order to access the main educational features of the App.
Advertising
Alphabet Train may display a banner advertisement at the bottom of the application.
The App does not use interstitial advertisements, full-screen transition advertisements, rewarded advertisements, or similar advertisements that intentionally interrupt a child’s learning activity.
Advertising is provided through Google AdMob, a service operated by Google.
Because Alphabet Train is intended for children, advertising requests are intended to be configured as child-directed, non-personalized, and restricted to content appropriate for children.
We endeavor to configure advertising so that only advertisements appropriate for the intended audience are served.
However, advertisements are delivered by third-party advertising services and are therefore not created or directly selected by Alphabet Train.
Information That May Be Processed by Google AdMob
Although Alphabet Train itself does not intentionally collect personally identifiable information from children, Google AdMob may automatically receive or process certain technical information when advertisements are displayed.
Depending on the user’s device, operating system, geographic region, Google services, applicable law, and advertising configuration, this may include limited technical information such as:
- device type;
- operating system;
- App information;
- general device information;
- IP address;
- language settings;
- advertising-related signals;
- approximate or non-precise location derived from technical information;
- information relating to advertisement delivery;
- advertisement impressions;

Non-Personalized and Child-Directed Advertising
Alphabet Train is intended to request advertising appropriate for children.
Where supported, advertising requests may be configured to:
- be treated as child-directed;
- limit advertisement personalization;
- restrict advertisement content ratings;
- avoid interest-based advertising; and
- comply with applicable child-directed advertising requirements.
However, third-party advertising systems are controlled by their respective providers.
We cannot guarantee that every advertisement delivered by a third-party advertising provider will always be error-free or perfectly suited to every individual child.
Parents and guardians should therefore supervise children’s use of the App as appropriate.
No Sale of Personal Information
Alphabet Train does not sell children’s personal information.
We do not rent, trade, or sell personally identifiable information about users to advertisers, marketing companies, data brokers, or other third parties.
We also do not intentionally build advertising profiles about individual children.
No Behavioral Profiling by Alphabet Train
Alphabet Train does not independently create behavioural advertising profiles about children.
The learning progress stored in the App is intended to support the child’s educational experience and is not used by us to target advertisements based on the child’s learning performance or behaviour.
For example, completing a particular letter, game, mathematics activity, or learning level is not intended to be used by Alphabet Train to determine which advertisement a child sees.
Analytics and Tracking
Alphabet Train is designed to minimize tracking.
The App does not intentionally include independent analytics systems for tracking children’s behaviour across unrelated applications or websites.
Third-party services required to provide advertisements may process technical data necessary to provide, secure, measure, and maintain their services according to their own policies.
Device Permissions
Alphabet Train is designed to request only permissions reasonably necessary for its functionality.
The App does not intentionally require access to highly sensitive personal information merely to allow a child to participate in the educational games.
Certain technical permissions may be required by Android, advertising services, audio functionality, or other components necessary for the application to operate properly.
Parents are encouraged to review the App permissions displayed by Android or Google Play before installation.
Background Music, Sounds, and Text-to-Speech
Alphabet Train may include:
- background music;
- phonics sounds;
- spoken letters;
- spoken numbers;
- audio instructions;

- text-to-speech functionality.
These features are provided for educational and entertainment purposes.
The ability to turn background music on or off does not require the child to provide personal information.
External Links
Certain areas of Alphabet Train may contain links that lead outside the App.
Examples may include:

- the Alphabet Train Google Play listing;
- the developer’s other applications;
- feedback options; and
- sharing options.
Such links are intended primarily for parents, guardians, or other adults.
Where practical, Alphabet Train may use a parental or grown-up verification step before allowing access to certain external functions.
Once the user leaves Alphabet Train and accesses a third-party website, application, email service, messaging service, or Google Play, that third party’s terms and privacy practices apply.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, security, availability, or conduct of independent third-party websites or services.
Share App Feature
Alphabet Train may provide a Share App function.
This function allows an adult user to share a message containing information about Alphabet Train and a link to its Google Play listing using applications installed on the device.
Alphabet Train does not receive the recipient’s details when the Android sharing function is used.
The selected messaging, email, social-media, or communication application may process information according to its own privacy policy.
Parents and guardians should control children’s access to sharing applications.
Feedback by Email
Alphabet Train may provide a Feedback option that allows a parent or adult user to open their preferred email application and contact us at:
Alphabet Train itself does not automatically send the email.
If a user chooses to send us an email, we may receive information voluntarily included by that person, including:
- their email address;
- their name, if included;
- the contents of the message;
- attachments they voluntarily send; and
- technical information included in the email.
Parents and guardians should not include personal information about a child unless it is genuinely necessary.
We strongly encourage users not to send:
- children’s full names;
- photographs of children;

- passwords; or
- other sensitive information
through the feedback feature.
Information voluntarily provided through email may be used solely for purposes such as responding to feedback, resolving technical issues, or improving Alphabet Train.
Rate App
Alphabet Train may include a Rate App function that opens the Alphabet Train listing on Google Play.
Any rating, review, account interaction, or other activity carried out on Google Play is governed by Google’s policies and the user’s Google account settings.
Alphabet Train does not control Google Play’s handling of such information.
Other Apps
Alphabet Train may provide a link to other applications offered by the developer.

Data Retention
Because Alphabet Train does not maintain user accounts and does not intentionally collect personally identifiable information through its own servers, we generally do not retain personal user profiles.
Learning progress stored locally remains on the device until it is:
- reset within the App;
- cleared through Android settings;
- overwritten;
- lost through device reset;
- removed when application data is deleted; or
- removed when the App is uninstalled.
Information voluntarily sent to us by email may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, protect our rights, or comply with legal requirements.
Third-party service providers may maintain information according to their own retention policies.

Alphabet Train does not make medical, psychological, developmental, or educational guarantees concerning the amount of time a child should spend using the App.

Educational Disclaimer
Alphabet Train is an educational and entertainment application.
Although we aim to provide useful, age-appropriate and accurate educational material, we do not guarantee that:

- the App will replace instruction by a teacher or parent;

Alphabet Train is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we make no express or implied warranties regarding the App, including warranties relating to:
- availability;
- accuracy;
- reliability;
- suitability;
- merchantability;
- fitness for a particular purpose;
- uninterrupted operation;
- error-free operation;
- compatibility with every Android device;
- preservation of learning progress;
- availability of third-party services; or
- achievement of particular educational outcomes.
We do not guarantee that Alphabet Train will always operate without interruptions, crashes, bugs, errors, incompatibilities, or other technical problems.
Updates to Android, devices, third-party libraries, Google Play, Google AdMob, or other services may affect the App’s operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer and publisher of Alphabet Train will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or similar damages arising from or relating to:
- use of the App;
- inability to use the App;
- loss of locally stored progress;
- interruption of the App;
- third-party advertisements;
- external websites;
- third-party applications;
- device malfunction;
- accidental purchases or actions outside the App;
- reliance on educational content; or
- other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Third-Party Advertisements Disclaimer
Advertisements displayed in Alphabet Train are supplied by third-party advertising providers.
The appearance of an advertisement in Alphabet Train does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, certification, or guarantee by Alphabet Train concerning the advertised company, service, website, application, or product.

Alphabet Train may evolve over time.
