Nutritional composition can vary between different sources of salmon roe, so the iron content may not be exactly be the same in all cases. In this research article (Bekhit et al., 2009), they found lower levels of Fe in mature (36mg/Kg – equivalent to 3.6mg/100g) as compared to immature salmon (75mg/Kg – equivalent to 7.5mg/100g). This is much lower than your source.
